Arrowtown has always been Cates home, holidays at Lake Hayes as a child evolved into working and living in the area as an adult. After many years travelling abroad and living in London and Colorado, Cate finally gave in to the ever present lure of Arrowtown and returned on a permanent basis in 2007.
Cate began her real estate career in Dunedin, buying, renovating and developing a rental portfolio. Several years of performing marketing for a sustainable development in Colorado served to reinforce Cates passion for Real Estate. She began working for Ray White Arrowtown in February 2009 and has proven her ability as a successful member of the Ray White team. Cate believes in continuing education, therefore completed her National Certificate in Real Estate in 2012 and is now taking the next step and studying towards her Branch Managers Certificate.
In September 2010, Valerie Couper and Cate joined forces to list properties together. Their combined local knowledge, skills and experience ensures they are able to offer their clients the best service in Arrowtown and the surrounds. Together they have a very large database of clients, from local to throughout New Zealand and abroad. That is why they are A-town’s A-Team!
When she’s not working, Cate happily immerses herself in her garden, renovating her Arrowtown crib, walking our wonderful tracks or taking advantage of the fantastic local food and wine the area has to offer. Cate takes an active part in the community she loves. She is a member of the Arrowtown Bowling Club, Arrowtown Golf Club and Arrowtown Village Association.
